Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom orders require a processing time of 10-15 business days before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

  • We do not offer free shipping; all shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available.

  • Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
